CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect everyone who steps inside our doors to respect and abide by our Code of Conduct rules below. Anyone who does not, will be asked to leave.
- Safety comes first. You will prioritize you and your training partners' safety to prevent unnecessary injuries.
- Personal equipment will be washed after every class with bacterial killing agent.
- Practice proper hygiene & grooming (including trimming and filing finger/toe nails to avoid unncessary cuts and scratches).
- Stay home if you have any symptoms of illness or infection to prevent contagion.
- Prioritize good health: Do not train with injuries, open wounds, infections, rashes, sensitive conditions, or any other disease or ailment that poses a risk to you or your or training partners' health.
- Help keep the mats clean by not wearing shoes/footwear of any kind on the mats or having excessive dirt, filth, or otherwise on your body.
- It is required to wear shoes/footwear (not including socks) in the restrooms, shower area, outside, and anywhere off the mat.
- Only students are allowed on the mats during class.
- No spectator sideline coaching during class.
- No slams (picking up and throwing down the opponent with excessive force) during training, including live sparring.
- No celebrations, cheering, or improper aggression during training.
- No dialog on politics, religion, or sensitive topics.
- Silence phones & devices during class. This includes coaches, students, and spectators.
- Check your email or Discord for important digital communications.
- Maintain your membership by ensuring your payments are on time.
- Respect the instructors, fellow students, and anyone else in the gym.
